We aim to bring you the quality and tastes
of authentic home made biscuits that increasingly
seem to belong to a bygone age. We never forgot the
memories of biscuits fresh from the oven. No e-numbers
back then, no artificial colours, and most importantly the
taste was genuine. Each biscuit a little different
from the next. No identical sizes or machine-perfect
shapes back then – but didn’t everything taste
so much better!
In true home-made style every item from
our cooling trays is unique – we don’t aim for
a mass-produced, perfectly uniform biscuit. We’re
proud that each of our biscuits differs in size and shape
from the other. And far from being rough around the
edges, they’re made with pride and care the old fashioned
way – the way we still like them! And
because we make everything ourselves, we wont sacrifice quality
or taste to bring you the perfectly delicious tastes of home!
We bake using natural ingredients. We
don’t use preservatives, artificial colouring or flavourings. Our
packaging is kept to a minimum and uses either natural or
fully recyclable materials only – even the plastic
bags are made from recycled wood pulp!
